You are here: Coaches ... NCCP/Coaching Association of Canada

On Aug 5th the Coach Association of Canada will be turning on the U16 rules in the Locker.  As a result, there are many thousands of coaches who will, as of Aug 5th, not show any information on their transcript pending an update to their Date of Birth.  They will show "Age Unknown".

"All coaches in the Locker whose age cannot be determined due to the absence of a date of birth in their profile will be designated as “Age Unknown” and will no longer be shown as completing any pathway or achieving any status on their transcript. For these coaches once their date of birth is provided, assuming they are 16 years old or older, they will immediately regain their statuses on the transcript and the “Age Unknown” designation will be removed. In the event that they are younger than 16 years old then the other conditions stated earlier will apply."

To fix this problem, please sign into the Locker and enter your correct date of birth and update any other contact information that is out of date.
